Sean,

There's a 'passive-interface interface default' patch actually, which somehow
has slipped through the cracks of Quagga-dev. I've forward ported it to 0.99 and
will attach it to this bug, if you would like to test it (after which we can
include it in CVS).

The author of that patch also provided a patch to add support for unnumbered
interfaces to ospfd at least. I'll investigate that patch too.
