If 'default-information originate' has already been entered,
and then it is re-entered with or without 'always', the
change in config will be ignored.

So, for example, if you enter

   default-information originate metric 10 metric-type 1

and then enter it again with 'always' appeneded, the 'always'
is ignored (and will not appear in the 'show running-config' output).
