Would be great to see exist-map and non-exist-map features in bgpd.

Syntax: neighbor ip-address advertise-map map-name {exist-map map-name |
non-exist-map map-name}

Basically you should decide to advertise or not advertise a specific route map
dynamically if specified route-map's conditions are matched.
