[quagga-users 3843] 0.98.1 release

So, it is finally there - 0.98.1 release. Changes from 0.98.0 are mostly 
bugfixes, but also even better backtrace logging support.

Very special release-thanks goes for all these people who tested 0.98.0 out 
and reported problems. I'm sure that there will be 0.98.2 (it might happen 
that we will see even 1.0 someday :), so reports about any problems are 
still welcome. 

As I have heard repeatedly "Quagga release is really stable if Hasso is 
using it for production", I have to say now - I upgraded first router to 
0.98.1 already and intend to do it with all my Quagga routers. So, go 
on ... ;)
