Quagga always originates default into stub/nssa areas if it's ABR.

Yes. I thought about it (I know how C and J vendor routers behave ;), 
although I can't think of the case at the moment why to be ABR for 
stub or nssa and not to originate defalt into area.

But this is not point of my patch. Point is relation between 
no-summary flag and originating default. Without this patch there is 
no way to originate default into stub/nssa area with no-summary flag 
at the moment.
