! (summary || default) would make little make sense, agreed. But
summary && !default would make sense, to restrict the stub area to
only communicating with rest of OSPF domain without having all
destinations 'sunk' by ABR.

Right, and its a good idea, if you feel like making it even more 
fine-grained so that both summaries and default-summary can be 
selected, even nicer.
