Yes, without this patch. And this is bug.

It still makes little sense IMHO.

As I said, I might implement it, it's quite easy, but still takes time 
which I haven't at the moment. And I have more important things in 
TODO list ... fixing ABR summarize/filtering and type-7 priority 
rules for example.
