Is there a reason why none of Arkadiusz's emails are appearing on the 
list? (Not a subscriber? Please subscribe - you don't have to receive 
list email - set your membership to non-delivery.)

The reason to not initgroups is because initgroups can be quite 
expensive. I guess we could though for quagga given it will only call 
it once.
