Couple of questions:

- - could you resubmit diffed against CVS HEAD? (ie 0.99)
- - could you use diff -up (see http://www.quagga.net/devel.php)
- - 'c' seems a strange option character for 'dry-run', how about
   'D' instead?
- - for bonus points, fancy adding this option to all the other
   daemons? :)
