It's not on Solaris.

The PAM API for applications is supposed to be in
<security/pam_appl.h>, and the module API is in
<security/pam_module.h>.  I don't know what 'OpenPAM' has in
<security/pam_types.h>, but I would not expect any portable program to
need to depend on it.
