This really simple 
route add -net 192.168.96.2/32 -cloning -iface rl0

#netstat -nr|grep 192.168.96.2
192.168.96.2       00:09:e8:18:45:e6  UHLW        1        1    rl0
1172 =>
192.168.96.2/32    link#1             UCS         0        0    rl0

quagga doesn't handle this routes.
