There were some additional patches for BSD graciously provided by
YOSHIFUJI Hideaki <yoshfuji at linux-ipv6.org> and based on some work done
by Tomohiko Kusuda <kusuda at inetcore.com> on top of what I did, on top of
what everyone else before me did. The patch he posted patches cleanly
(not even offsets) against the 0.99.10 tarball but doesn't update the
configure script (so you have to run autoconf). It patches against
current cvs with an error for config.h.in which doesn't exist yet (so
you have to ignore that chunk).

So... All I've done here is some minor cleanups for both cases and
created two patches, one for the tarball that will patch the autoconf'ed
configuration scripts and files and the other which will patch CVS.

I have not had a chance to extensively test this out yet, since 0.99.10
has only been out a short while and I decided to push the patches
quickly. I'll be generating my own Fedora 8 rpm's for 0.99.10 with this
patch shortly.

I'll try and work harder to see if someone will commit this to CVS once
I've shaken it out a bit.

The patch files are attached and here:

Based on patch from
    YOSHIFUJI Hideaki <yoshfuji at linux-ipv6.org>
Based on patch from
    Tomohiko Kusuda <kusuda at inetcore.com>
