[quagga-dev 7460] [REVISED PATCH] zebra: Fix IPv6 prefixes in RIB debug message

Apply changes from commit f304cb48f0d7d0ff8f36e7aca8293141a9fa9e60
to rib_queue_add.

Also includes spelling fixes.
