This makes a sense, and furthermore, it does not require this logic to be in Quagga. One can have a cron job to sense the presence of the rest of a network in a way, and adjust router configuration appropriately. For example, it is possible to remove/discriminate LAN's connected route and its traffic will be routed to remaining router, once dynamic routing is setup appropriately. Other solutions may be possible.
