ref: this is bugzilla #754

please include "(BZ#0000)" in the subject line for bugzilla bugs, not
having that makes my work unnecessarily difficult ;)

going over the vim/git-recommended subject line length limit is OK for
the BZ# number.  (vim colors it differently starting at column 51)
