I remember seeing that patch before. I didn't look at the format back
then however the patch you sent right now might not show up on patchwork
because it doesn't follow the format that git-format-patch uses.
The exact semantics that patchwork uses to find patches aren't known to
me, however the mail might need to include "[PATCH]" in its subject.
Also, patches are usually sent inline to allow people to comment on them
by quoting the original mail, however I think that patchwork is able to
handle patches sent as attachments.
