We already have two different patch series that add IPv6 ECMP support.
One by Vincent Bernat, cf.

One by Dinesh Dutt, cf.
http://patchwork.quagga.net/patch/916/

Both of them had various kinds of problems, in particular regarding
reading back multipath routes from the kernel.  This is why neither is
merged yet.

(I can't tell you which of the above two patches is better.)

However, at this point I'm not willing to accept new patches for this.
Doing it the third time without looking at the previous patches doesn't
cut it...
