[quagga-dev 11313] [PATCH] vtysh: fix build against readline 6.3

readline 6.3 removes some old deprecated funnily-named types.  This
updates vtysh to use the new types so it builds again.

Build regression fix from ArchLinux.  Fixes build on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS as
well.  Thanks to Martin Winter for pointering me to the forum thread.
