Well, they'd have to followup and say "Oops, wasn't meant to be posted". 
Otherwise it looks like a drive-by patch - which we'll still need to be 
able to apply. ;)

I just don't see the point of chasing people who don't, and having rounds 
of emails and reposted patches.
