I believe you can do it using the "timers bgp" command. It has something 
like this syntax:

timers bgp <keepalive> <holdtime>

where keepalive and holdtime can be 0-65535. You configure this after 
the "router bgp <ASN>" command. A value of 0 I think means it won't send 
or expect any keepalives. It's probably not a good idea though.
