One is Quagga in the RPM package management format, the other is what 
it is built from.

4 bytes worth of difference (per pointer).

In practical terms, for Quagga, there's no advantage to 64bit. There 
may however be an advantage to targeting AMD64 (x86-64) rather than 
i386. That has nothing to do with 64bit though (sadly, there is no 
ILP32 ABI for AMD64..).
