That's it! Problem was with system clock. The system running unfer 
VMWare, and clock runs slowly, than host system's clock. And when clocks 
synhronized - time go away on 1,5-2 minutes.
I increased dead time and solve problem with system clock. And now my 
routers don't lost each other.
