You might need to clear the session.

try clear ip bgp <IP_of_neighbour> soft

You need to have enabled

neighbor <peer> soft-reconfiguration inbound

for inbound soft clear to work nicely.

A non-soft clear resets the BGP session, which is usually not ideal.
