[quagga-users 14236] Notification sent to neighbor fec0::a:cf:0:20: type 2/7

Hello folks,

I've some trouble establishing a BGP-Session with a peer. I guess, that
he's running bird. Error is:

2016/02/23 18:20:47 BGP: [Event] BGP connection from host fec0::a:cf:0:b6
2016/02/23 18:20:47 BGP: [Event] Make dummy peer structure until read
Open packet

configuration change
2016/02/23 18:20:47 BGP: fec0::a:cf:0:b6 [Event] Accepting BGP peer delete

It seems that a capability is missing. What can I do now?
